Store Policies (Online and Warehouse)

·We are open to the Trade Only.

·Taking pictures of products in our store is not permitted.

· We provide one invoice per company and only registered buyers for your business may shop in the store. Personal shopping is not permitted.

· We do review our customer list periodically, and buyers whose company comes up for review may be required to provide us with more information on their retail business.

· We accept pre-approved checks. We require a copy of your driver’s license. There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.

· No returns with in-store or shipped items. Any defective products or invoice discrepancy must be reported within 5 days of purchase.

· Orders may be placed for most items. When placing an order for pick-up or shipping, we require a credit card to be provided and payment in full when the item is available. Your card will not be charged until your order is ready for pick-up or shipping. You will be notified when order has arrived in the store. If you are not able to pick your order up promptly, please contact us to make proper arrangements.

ORDERING

We prefer that all orders are placed online, faxed, or emailed. This allows us to make sure your order receives proper attention and is accurate. Orders may be placed for shipping or in-store pick-up. Please note that items that are too large or heavy will not be shipped. Keystone Wholesale Cash & Carry has the right to refuse any orders under our own discretion.

· While we always strive to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In such an instance we will contact you about the issue. Keystone Wholesale Cash & Carry has the right to refuse or cancel any orders for that item.

· Due to the fact that our items are American made or assembled and not mass produced overseas, our items may sometimes differ slightly from the picture or previously ordered items.

· We require credit card information for all orders. Your card will not be charged until your order is ready for pick-up or shipping. You will be notified when order has arrived in the store.

· We do require in-store orders to be picked up within 2 weeks from when the order is filled. A storage fee may be charged after time.

· We will ship in-stock items within 1 week. Every attempt will be made to ship any out-of-stock items within 2 weeks.

· Any defective product or invoice discrepancy must be reported within 5 days of purchase.

SHIPPING

When we receive a shipping order, we will first attempt to pull the items from the floor. If items are not in-stock, we will place an order with the manufacturer. With our items being hand-crafted and assembled in America, and not mass produced overseas, our vendors do not have overstock in our mall and orders can take up to 2 weeks to produce. We do our very best to keep good communication with you as the buyer on when items will be available.

· Items that are too large or heavy will not be shipped. Keystone Wholesale Cash & Carry has the right to refuse any orders under our own discretion.

· We require credit card information at the time an order is placed. Your card will not be charged until your order is ready for pick-up or shipping.

  • After product is pulled from the floor for an order, cancellations will result in a $50.00 restocking fee.

· Fed Ex is our carrier of choice. We charge our customers the standard tariff rates from Fed Ex and a basic handling fee. Fed Ex rates cannot be determined until product is completely packaged and ready for shipment. Once your order has been shipped out we do not accept any returns.

· If you receive product and the packaging is obviously damaged, please note the damage to the Fed Ex Driver and contact us immediately. Please keep the original packaging, in the event that Fed Ex would like to inspect it.

· Any defective product or invoice discrepancy must be reported within 5 days of purchase.

We may disclose specific information upon governmental request, in response to a court order , or when required by law to do so. We may also share information with companies assisting in fraud protection or investigation. We do not provide information to these agencies or companies for marketing or commercial purposes.

· When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) on our order forms, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). No method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore we cannot guarantee its absolute security. · We restrict access to personally identifiable information to our employees, contractors and agents on a need-to-know basis and who are bound by confidentiality agreements.

To minimize the risk of having your account being compromised, we recommend that you set up your account password using unique numbers, letters and special characters. Do not disclose passwords to others. Please notify us of any password compromises and change passwords periodically to maintain account protection.

We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Security

Credit card information for web orders is protected in the following ways:

· 128-bit encryption to and from the servers and web browsers;

· Credit card numbers are not stored in our database. We keep on file only the last 4 digits to verify the card that was used.

· Once the information is transmitted to our servers for processing, we use encryption in the back end to transmit the request to our payment processor to verify the credit card and place an authorization for the order total.

· If the authorization, address verification and risk assessment all clear, the order is accepted and a unique ID is associated with the order for purposes of billing the previous authorization. This ID Contains no identifiable link to the credit card number.
